Guests Arrive
Shuttles depart from downtown hotels at 3:30pm. Please plan to be seated by 4:15pm.
4:30 PM
CEREMONY
The main event — we do the thing! Held against the backdrop of Hilltop House’s limestone garden walls, surrounded by autumn trees and golden light.
5:30 PM
COCKTAIL HOUR
Champagne, craft cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres on the estate lawn accompanied by music and mingling.
6:30 PM
DINNER & DANCING
A seated dinner followed by an evening of dancing, toasts, and celebration. The bar and dance floor stay open all night.
9:00 PM
CAKE & LATE NIGHT BITES
Time for cake and a spread of late-night snacks to keep the energy going on the dance floor.
10:30 PM
LAST DANCE
We close out the night with one final song. Shuttles back to hotels depart at 10:00 pm and 10:45pm.
