Our Story

Like many do, we initially met through a dating app - typical college swiping & scrolling - but it quickly turned into something neither of us were expecting.

The first time we met in person, something just clicked. Nothing was forced, nothing was awkward. it was just easy. Conversation flowed effortlessly, we laughed at each others jokes, loved so many of the same things, and fell hard and fast.

Though we felt so young when we met at just 19 and 20, it’s been an unexpected blessing to watch and support each other grow through the many seasons of life we’ve walked together. From late nights studying together and long drives for weekend visits in college, to COVID lockdowns and living back with parents, first jobs, first apartments, and a lot of growing up, we’ve continued to choose each other and love each other every day.

Now, we’ve built a life together that we absolutely cherish. Our home in South Saint Paul with a million projects we’re always focused on. Our wonderful friends and family who make our lives so full. All the dogs we get to watch whenever our people are out of town (that keeps us from getting our own... for now!). We’ve really settled into this life and the love we’ve built together. All that to say... We are so ready to take this next step and get married!
